2 in 3 workers think they work for “dinosaur” companies
“Companies that have integrated AI into their operations are fueling “massive productivity gains and accelerating their ability to grow and execute their strategies.”
According to a recent HR survey conducted by i4cp, only 11% of companies have reached “AI workforce readiness.” The study also asked workers how they feel about their companies AI policies, and more than 2/3 of workers called their companies “dinosaurs” for lagging behind in AI adoption.
The survey found that companies that meet the “AI workforce readiness” standard have increased worker productivity by 30%. Other companies that are on the verge and merely experimenting with AI training still saw a productivity increase of at least 10%.
According to the survey, 41% of companies are still experimenting with GenAI. While these companies provide training on the technology, it’s likely they do so only for select employees, usually those involved with piloting the applications.
